Shipping Policies :

• We take generally 1-2 business days to process and ship out your order
• Orders are delivered to you within 7-10 days via regular shipment method option
• If you select expedited shipping, it takes 3-5 business days to get the order delivered to you
• If you happen to move to a different address, after the order is shipped, you can notify us at orders@veggiegrocer.com but however the shipment
  fee will be charged again to your credit card on our file.
• Our shipment is always "signature waived" one, in case you need to be present to receive the order, please email us at orders@veggiegrocer.com with
  order number in subject line and make a request. However there will be a $5.00 surcharge for this option selected
• If you need a Saturday Delivery, please notify us on orders@veggiegrocer.com for scheduling the delivery with this option.

Return Policies :

• veggiegrocer.com is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defect, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, veggiegrocer.com will refund it.
  
  If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please leave a message at our Customer Call Center at 1-510-785-2500. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 48 hours. We will issue a 75% refund less shipping chareges are credited to your next veggiegrocer.com order or purchasing credit card, the 25% is charged for restocking fee.
  
  All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories.Food items must be unopened to receive a refund. 
  
  veggiegrocer.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. veggiegrocer.com will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.
   

Tax Collection :

• All products shipped to destinations outside of California are not charged sales tax.
  
  Grocery products shipped within California are not taxed. Non-grocery items (cooking utensils, cookbooks, music, movies, health & beauty, and incense products) shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to a 8.75% sales tax.
